Credit Monitoring Services – Are They Worth It

Most credit repair experts don’t think so. Rather than give you our opinion (which is the same – not worth the cost), here is an excellent article from the Bankrate web site:

The only exception mentioned is if for whatever reason someone feels he or she is at risk. If your personal information has been put at risk by a vendor (you read about financial institutions getting hacked all the time) then it might be prudent or even necessary to watch for bogus requests in your Credit Bureau files.

Identity Theft is on the rise and people should take more care in controlling their important personal information. Security is a way of life these days and everyone should take necessary precautions.
